Shoulda, woulda, coulda
I am noticing how much of my experience is colored by how things OUGHT to be. And how much I box myself into suffering modes over so many different things.....money, relationship, etc.
And I feel so blessed to have these amazing tools in my toolbelt called "play" and "stickies" and "social" to get me out of my head and into the world, restoring my aliveness.
